Existing Northern Counties Volleyball League clubs are reminded that part 1 of the entry form needs to be completed and emailed to the temporary fixture secretary by 15th August.
In part 1 clubs need to include information about the club, teams, divisions and venues.
Part 2, to be completed by 15th September, should include names of team contacts (with the option of adding a second named contact if required).
