Team Northumbria men travel to Sheffield on Saturday 1st February in the National Cup quarter final and the following day the women take on City of Salford in Eccles, also hoping to progress to the semi-finals.

Team Durham aim for quarter final slot in national cup
Team Durham men, the last non-national league outfit left in the competition, travel to Coventry to play Super 8 side Riga on Sunday 26th January aiming for a place in the quarter finals of the national cup competition.
